Description: Checks if you have provided security contact information for your AWS account contacts. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if security contact information within the account is not provided.

How to Resolve Manually
This config rule checks wether the Security Contact information has been filled out for a given account.
You can do this manually by going to Billing and Cost Management service within the AWS console and then to Account. From there, find the Alternate contacts card and complete the required information for the Security contact.
