Platform Updates: September 2024

• In the upcoming releases, our focus will be on enhancing stability and fixing bugs to improve the platform's user experience.

• We made several improvements in the “I want to explore” mode.
• Added Delete instance action in Contact Center module.

• Operations module:
• Fixed a bug in Account Management that thrown a 500 error when inviting an account.
• Fixed a bug in Resource Management > Security where table sorting by column was not working.
• Contact Center module:
• Fixed a bug in Resource Management > Routing profiles where the user gets a "Network Error" when deleting a description.
  
• Fixed a bug in Instances > Associate Storage Configuration where an incorrect error message was shown at Agent Events - S3.
  
• Cost Management module:
• Fixed a bug in Optimize > Recommendations in which the user gets an empty response on get-recommendations.
• Fixed a bug in Cost Management > Lambda where the user can get negative results on the data on the screen.
• Identity Management module:
• General UI fixes and improvements in IAM Policy Visualizer.

• We are improving our platform's response times for the different screens. In the meantime, you might experience some slowdowns.
• Sustainability > Reports: It is not possible to enable a subscription, download a report, or see the history.
• Deployment History: You may experience a 500 error if the user has several pending modifications.
• Reports are behaving erratically regarding the email schedule. We are temporary deactivating the feature until the next release.
