New Features:
- Added Accounts SSO Tags Feature. Tag your AWS Accounts in order to assign SSO Permission Sets to SSO Groups, per AWS Account.
- Added ability to subscribe multiple emails to StackZone SNS Topics. This means you can add a list of emails to notifications for a feature.*
- S3 and Virtual Machines have been added to the Backup Feature.

- StackZone AWS Backup Events and Notifications are driven through custom lambda and not AWS Backup. This allows us to build better notifications with more meaningful content.
- Enable Config Role has added permissions to allow it to perform new Config Rules added in this release.
- Events Rule Landing-Zone-Config-Compliance-Change changed to StackZone-Config-Compliance-Change
- LandingZone-InspectorScheduledAssessment renamed to StackZone-InspectorScheduledAssessment
- Service Quota Events Rules renamed from LandingZone-* to StackZone-*
- EC2 Builder Events Rule renamed from LandingZone-* to StackZone-*
