Highlights

New Features:

  • Expire session: we have introduced a new feature that will notify you when your session is about to expire. This enhancement is designed to provide you with greater convenience and security while using our services.
  • Transfer SuperAdmin permission: as a SuperAdministrator, you can transfer your permissions to another Administrator member of your organization. To execute this action you need to go to Access Management > Users section. Notice that after transferring the SuperAdmin role, you will remain as an Administrator.

Enhancements

  • Access Management in Settings section: we've added a significant update to our platform that directly impacts the feature previously known as "Users." From now on, this feature has been renamed "Access Management." This change is not just a name update; it also includes substantial improvements that will enhance your ability to manage and control access on your platform.
Roles Tab: One of the key highlights of this update is the introduction of the "Roles" tab within Access Management. Here, you will find detailed information about the various roles you can assign to users and the operations each role will be allowed to perform. This feature makes user permission management easier, more efficient, and secure.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where some customers were having problems accessing to the Utilization Report in the Billing Section
  • Added Info Panels in the Operations section
  • Fixed a bug where the "search" in the tables was not specific. Now you can get the exact search result.
  • Fixed a bug where the user could not edit Budgets
  • Fixed a bug in Cost Management > Overview in which the Services Individual filter was not working as expected.
  • Fixed a bug in Provisioning where the validations were not working correctly.
  • Fixed a bug in Operations > Reports where the redirection was not working correctly.
  • General UI improvements

Removals:

  • Removed the Add Account feature from Dashboard ("+" icon): From now on, you have to create and invite accounts from the Account Management section in the Operations module. For more information please refer to this article

Known Issues

  • Expire Session: When the session is about to expire and the user does not click the "Continue Working" button before the timer runs out (1 minute), the user is automatically redirected to the login screen even if the user presses the "Continue Working" button.
  • Operations > Resource Finder: a window can be opened when clicking on the table when there are 0 tags on the resource.
  • Operations > Well Architected > Workloads: when completing questions on a specific workload, the upgrade banner overlaps with the title of the workload.
  • Operations > Well Architected > Overview: you can open the detail popup on each of the graphs without applying any filter.
  • StackZone Settings > Session Details popup: some mockup information is being shown to users who haven't accepted yet the invitation to join the organization.
  • Audit Trail shows UTC as the timestamp but this may be incorrect. Use the time field inside each call for the correct timestamp.
